Stupid bacteria

Well, even the healthiest foods can't fight bacteria on your face. After boasting about cayenne, although still very beneficial with it's many uses, the pain increased in my head and face. I hardly slept and my dear wife, Kelley, made the calls for us to go to a nearby urgent care clinic. Long story short, I now have two kinds of anti-bacteria pills and some pain pills. I hope my face will reduce in swelling soon so Kelley, Abby, and I can go to the Breckinridge dog park.

Times like these make me thankful for Ginger. I nibble on fresh pieces of it and mix it with garlic to sauté with some chicken. Once at my computer, I will add a recipe I love.
