I have changed the direction I will take this blog. I am not running as much, more strength training and short, intense cardio sessions. So I won't write about running, and maybe only note any positive strength gains.
All foods have great things to offer us. I will seek out known benefits of foods and ways for people to include them in their diet.
I am on vacation this week, and will start my new blog posts ASAP. Stay tuned....
